The linen was dirty. Seemed like it was not changed from previous guest. I reported it. They apologized and the day after they sent a fruit basket as a recovery service. After that, there were no more complains. The staff is amazing and super nice and professional.

Las habitaciones son viejas. La limpieza del baño terrible, sobre todo la regadera con el vidrio opaco de la acumulación de jabón. Las paredes donde se encuentra el escusado sucias. Pero toallas extra y tenían cabellos. Muy deficiente la limpieza. Pero lo peor de todo fue el desayuno, pocas opciones y las que hay su calidad y sabor son deficientes para un Camino Real, lo único rescatable era la atención de la señorita que preparaba quesadillas en la plancha. El servicio del personal era por debajo del promedio, hacía muchos años que no me hospedaba aquí pero definitivamente todo decayó, el destino, el servicio, la limpieza, etc. No regresaríamos
