The room (930) was immaculate and large. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom with large shower. The restaurant was adequate but expensive. Breakfast was only minimally satisfactory. Room service was very quick. Starbucks on-site was fine but with minimal food options and availability. Staff efficient and friendly.

Hoteles Hilton es de mis favoritos, las propiedades siempre son únicas, la atención solía ser espectacular hasta estas dos ultimas visitas. me hospede en Puebla en MM y note un poco la baja de la calidad en atención a clientes, el valet parking super bien, servicio al cuarto super bien pero recepcion no fue lo que esperaba de un Hilton. Esta vez lamentablemente en el Hilton Garden lamentablemente vi lo mismo, lo comente con el supervisor RAFAEL SALINAS y me quede sorprendido de la falta de capacitación del supervisor para dar atencion al cliente, ahora entiendo por que la gente de recepcion esta igual si los supervisores no están capacitados pues menos ellos. Una lastima que empiece a decaer el servicio tan distintivo de esta cadena.

Me gustó que es hotel nuevo. No me gustó el servicio del restaurante, la mala calidad del desayuno, no funcionaba la TV en mi cuarto y había grapas en la alfombra de mi habitación que lastimaron a una de mis hijas. Lástima que este hotel no tiene el nivel de Hilton al que estoy acostumbrado
