The room was super clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. The customer service was simply the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here."

Examples include I asked for a change of kettle and to borrow a plug and they said they’d do it but when I got back hours later they hadn’t. Then I ordered an early morning taxi and when I arrived to take it they hadn’t booked it. "
