This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw. The location is first rate, the rates are reasonable, the space is well organized and spotless. I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out. I look forward to my next stay.

A well-situated hotel for my purposes - arriving with the train in the evening and leaving early the next morning. It is very close to Warszawa Centralna train station. I didn't eat breakfast, I just slept, showered, and left. The front desk staff were all very courteous and spoke very good English.

Friendly, efficient service from start to finish. A no bottled water policy is in place, which means you can refill a provided carafe from the communal fountains if you want water, instead of being given bottled water. It'd be nice to be able to get sparkling water from these points. The self serve jacuzzi/sauna/gym (opened from 6am to midnight), is a nice touch, we chose this over the breakfast. There was no bathrobe in the room which came as a surprise. Nice, firm bed, usual tea making facilities in place.
