The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Booked with breakfast included. It was great, with some new things to try every day & we avoided the lines at the restaurant across the street. Great place to stay, and close to anywhere you need to be in Old Town Krakow.

I don’t usually rave about the hotel staff but this one deserves it. Everyone was so kind, helpful, informative and went above and beyond. My wife fell and twisted her ankle, The staff rapidly went to work arranging transportation to a nearby clinic where they made an appointment for a doctor within 2 hours.
