Great hotel, very well located for the Old Town & Square, not to mention some great bars and restaurants. The staff were relaxed and responsive, and the room fantastic. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return next time I visit Krakow.

We loved this property, it was conveniently located, clean and really quiet during the night. The staff were great and helped us out when we needed it, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bathroom was beautiful and we loved the extra little touches.

Our suite was a lovely size with cooking facilities ,coffee making facilities, lovely bathroom & minibar. The hotel was perfect for exploring the old town, a couple of minutes walk to the main square and a 20 min walk to the Jewish Quarter. The hotel has a mini-mart next door and bars and restaurants on the same street yet we heard no noise at all. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and some different items each morning. The staff were all very friendly, we would definitely stay again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Booked with breakfast included. It was great, with some new things to try every day & we avoided the lines at the restaurant across the street. Great place to stay, and close to anywhere you need to be in Old Town Krakow.

Our only positive is that the location of the hotel is very good and close to major attractions. However amenities are very limited, the checking counter is easily missed as there are no signs, the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful and there is no onsite parking contrary to what the website description said.

I don’t usually rave about the hotel staff but this one deserves it. Everyone was so kind, helpful, informative and went above and beyond. My wife fell and twisted her ankle, The staff rapidly went to work arranging transportation to a nearby clinic where they made an appointment for a doctor within 2 hours.
