The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world.

Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year.

Fabulous hotel - highly recommend! Great modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and restaurant too. Nice quiet location, but easy walking distance to other restaurants and the shopping mall (5 mins). Approx. 20-25 min walk from the main square in Krakow, or very low cost Bolt if you don’t want to walk. All in all such good value. Will definitely go back.
