"Perfectly situated just within the old Town and a short walk to the main square and Castle. Very comfortable and quiet room, nice and warm in winter with the option of a balcony if you want a outside space. Really couldn't fault the accommodation. Breakfast is taken a short walk away at Wine and Coffee and has a very good choice of great food to set you up for the day. Would certainly recommend for a comfortable, convenient and well priced hotel in beautiful Kraków. "

"Outstanding hotel in every way. Great location right on the edge of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right nearby. The hotel staff were excellent - professional, courteous, available and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was large, luxurious, and clean. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely indoor heated pool area and sauna which was included. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited Warsaw."

"Beautifully appointed with all the trappings of a luxury hotel. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just perfect with the pool having the additional benefit of a powerful jet stream facility for ‘never ending’ swims. Krakow is a wonderful city and the H15 hotel matches its beauty and situated less than 5 minutes from the main square."

"Hotel is in great position, new building but staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms and when I was booking I was not notified about hotel being split in two different rooms category’s. One with windows towards train lines and ones are not, plus hairdryer in the bathroom was useless no heat at all and WiFi was not working at all in our room as soon you walked in to the room it was cutting out totally and they didn’t worry at the front desk to...
