The hotel was all we could have wished for friendly reception ultra clean hotel from room to restaurant and lounge couldn't find one fault loved the pillow menu especially as i have a bad neck

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the downstairs seating area was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. You are such a short walk to the old town for a lovely evening walk too!

Great hotel with excellent location

Lovely hotel with great location leds than 5 minutes walk to Old Town and 10 minutes from Kazimierz. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. The only downside was the bed which was too hard for my liking and could have needed a mattress pad to avoid the feeling of sleeping directly on the spring mattress.
