The location of the hotel was perfect for spending time in both Old Town and Kazimierz. The room was quite a bit smaller than the photos appeared with no where to store luggage and not much space to place toiletry bags. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the coffee maker didn’t work despite asking that a new one be provided. We just purchased our coffee off site at a little cafe each morning which worked out fine for us. We asked for our room to have a queen sized bed but ended up with what was a double but we made do. Each day the staff have a table set with refreshing water and treats set out as you enter or leave the site which we found thoughtful. We would likely stay here again in future.

Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. The aircon was broken so the room was a bit stuffy and I ended up sleeping with the window open. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The reception staff, especially Veronica, was most helpful and informative. When we arrived we had just learned that our tour operator for visiting Auschwitz had moved our meeting time for departure to 5:40 a.m. from 9 a.m. Veronica offered to have a take-away breakfast available for us to take with us at 5 a.m. The property is at a prime location near old Town Krakow and also Tram lines for transport throughout the town.

Our twin room was perfect for a mother daughter adventure! The beds were comfortable and we felt really safe In the neighborhood. The air conditioning didn’t work, but the team provided a fan and endless water. Things happen, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We appreciated it.

The room was beautiful and so big. We loved the view over the park. Every member of staff we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We loved the outside area where you could sit and chill with a drink from the bar. The hotel is in a perfect location. Would 100% recommend.

A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
