A fantastic hotel well located for all the major sightseeing. Hotel was clean, well maintained & staff were friendly & polite! From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was spotless and they were so helpful showing us on the map where we had to go. Would not hesitate to stay again when we return to Krakow.

Wonderful stay with the Metroplitan Boutique Hotel. Our first family visit to Krakow. The hotel was impeccable and staff were first class. From our welcome gift on arrival to the friendly checkout, everything was thoughtful, and we loved our stay. This was our first time in Kraków, and for anyone who prefers not to stay right in the heart of the city, the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel is an ideal base. It’s very easy to reach from the airport train — less than five minutes’ walk from the station — and perfectly located for exploring Kazimierz, while still being close enough to stroll into the city centre. The staff, rooms and food were all first‑class, and we’d happily (and very likely will) stay here again on our next trip to Poland.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was amazing and the location was really good. The only thing was for the junior suite, we expected a king bed rather than two twin beds put together.
