"What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location near old town square, many restaurants, historical sites, museums and right in front of the building of culture and science. The room was super clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. The customer service was simply the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here."

"The pool and gym was amazing. Generally I found staff slightly ‘off’. Examples include I asked for a change of kettle and to borrow a plug and they said they’d do it but when I got back hours later they hadn’t. Then I ordered an early morning taxi and when I arrived to take it they hadn’t booked it. "

"Stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw for 4 nights. Overall, it was decent — about what you'd expect from a premium hotel, but nothing outstanding. The room was average-sized with all standard amenities, and the gym was very well equipped. Some negatives: toiletries weren’t replenished during my stay, the swimming pool was very small, and there was no full-length mirror in the room or bathroom.
