Great location with very good connections by bus or tram; very helpful and careful staff - they allowed us an early check-in, because the the room was already prepared; smart room with comfy bed, coffee / tea maker, channel tv, desk, closet, seating area, good wifi, good shower; fresh, rich, tasty breakfast; check-out at noon.

It is an average hotel, nothing extra. Restaurant is actually quite good and recommend it for lunch. Breakfast bufet is a bit overpriced so would not advise to purchase if it is not included.

Nice modern hotel, in a good location, a two minute walk to the nearest tram stops. A good breakfast with a decent choice of things to eat, even for someone like me who is celiac. The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, and even had a kettle in the room (which not all European hotels have). The only very minor issue, was one night there was a child staying in the room above me, and I could hear them running about, but fortunately it didn't last long. I ended up extended my stay in the hotel by an extra night.

Heat was out so it was cold. Cleaning lady didn't change sheets for 10 days. They NEVER left clean cups for tea. but overall, it was still good. They have a hell of a good cook!

Our stay was good, room was clean, air con worked, bed was very comfortable. The only inconvenience was lack of which I didnt check if room had it prior to booking. Also, we lacked tea and coffee in our room, we did however have plenty of sugar and sweeteners. Over all I can recommend this hotel.

Convent well priced hotel

Excellent hotel - room was comfortable and newly refurbished. Shower was good pressure and comfortable bed. Warm with the addition of an electric radiator in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options - a particular highlight was the two varieties of pancakes! Well worth the additional fee. Hotel was located within a few metres of a major tram interchange allowing access to the heart of Warsaw and the Old Town in around ten minutes.

The reception staff were really helpful with getting us checked-in earlier, as we were very exhausted from our travels! The restaurant serves a variety of foods, however in the morning they only serve people who bought breakfast option. This meant we couldn't get a coffee while we waited for our room. Other than that the place was clean, staff very lovely and the location was great. 30min walk to Old Town or City Centre, trams also available if you'd rather not walk. Also significantly cheaper! Do recommend.
