Do not stay here (especially on the first floor) if you'd like to get a good night's sleep. It was so loud outside and in the hotel hallway that I could hear literal conversations. We didn't sleep a wink and it ruined our following day in NYC. They need to warn you about this on their website. I also asked for extra blankets twice because it was cold and twice the person at the desk said he would get blankets and he never did. I do a lot of travelling for a living and this was by far the worst experience, especially the fact that they did not acknowledge our concerns and requests.

The best possible location in New York, being a block from Times Square. Clean, clean clean. Not looking for anything but a clean place to stay as I wander around nyc. Never turned a t.v. On as there is too much to do outside the hotels door. Safe and small. No walking down endless corridors to get to the room. Just step outside your door, down the stairs or elevator and step outside. Have stayed here a least 5 times over the years. Never disappointed

The room was clean and large for nyc. The bathroom was on the brink of needing to be refreshed. The door to the room did not close without slamming it.
