Wonderful location and elegant property. Even if you don’t stay there, it is worth a stop to admire the stunning lobby. Had a great stay: bed comfortable, easy walk to shopping, Times Square and grand central. Good walk to theatre and museums. The toilet was leaky and constantly refilling all night, but otherwise really loved it. Would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at Lotte! The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the location was excellent, and the coffee at the café was amazing. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great experience!
