I stayed with my wife and 2 kids (aged 6 and 9) for 6 nights. We got a family suite on the 17th floor which was spacious, comfortable and afforded us a view of the east river. The hotel is an older property so can be quirky. The A/C for example made a funny and loud noise once in a while. But we got used to it. Location is great for getting around the city and there are lots of supermarkets nearby and restaurants too. The breakfast barista Ronil was very amiable and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for a week.
