We had a layover in NY and the Hyatt was a perfect stop over. We trust the brand, chose the location for the easy connection to JFK and walkability to NY landmarks. The room was great. Nice to have AC on a hot summer day. Great location at Grand Central Station. Check in was a breeze and we had a $15 daily credit in the lobby store. Housekeeping came daily and I highly recommend this hotel. We will stay again on our next visit!
