The staff was incredibly kind- we got a room upgrade because of an electrical issue in our original room and the staff was wonderful and nice. Coffee bar was amazing- it was our favorite coffee place we went to the whole weekend. For people visiting the Armory- this location is extremely walkable and quiet.

Excellent location if you are driving into Washington Heights- parking right behind hotel (and affordable). Room was clean and super nice. The only item of annoyance is forcing an amenity fee which I did not use and it allowed me to opt out, but I was still charged.

The stay was great, staff were helpful, hotel was clean, the restaurant was amazing. We even got a free upgrade upon arrival on the 11th floor. The only thing I didn't like was how hard the mattress was. Subway station is close by and the hotel will store your luggage for you before or after checkout if you want to continue exploring the city.

The rooms were pretty spacious for what we needed! The front desk staff was awesome and they have vouchers for their little cafe and the bar next door!! Their cafe had the best little matcha. The only complaint I have is that the water temperate didn’t start or stay hot like in a normal hotel. Other than that it was 5/5 and would def stay again!
