Nice staff, lots of restaurants nearby, very comfortable bed and clean room. It was a bit noisy from traffic outside at times, but we still slept pretty good. I wish there were at least free coffee in rooms, but we were given free drink coupons which was nice and we appreciated that. Also wish there was complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport, but we knew what we were getting before we booked the room and there was a specific location we needed to be close to, so the Radio Hotel worked out great. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, excellent staff and restaurant/bar. There was also a DJ playing music in the bar. Food was very good. After saying all of that there were two problems: first, the hotel has no parking on site but there is a private firm offering parking on 181st street and 180th street, I paid $32 for one night. Second, the shower was broken. I would stay again but would also verify that the shower is functional.

I stayed at Radio Hotel for 3 nights. I arrived early and was able to get an early check-in for a $45 fee, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the first two rooms I was given were not properly cleaned, but a supervisor quickly stepped in and moved me to a great room. Aside from that rough start, the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, and the daily drink vouchers were a nice perk for coffee, cocktails, and other beverages. Overall, a good experience with clean facilities, great service, and decent food and drinks

The staff was incredibly kind- we got a room upgrade because of an electrical issue in our original room and the staff was wonderful and nice. Coffee bar was amazing- it was our favorite coffee place we went to the whole weekend. For people visiting the Armory- this location is extremely walkable and quiet.

Excellent location if you are driving into Washington Heights- parking right behind hotel (and affordable). Room was clean and super nice. The only item of annoyance is forcing an amenity fee which I did not use and it allowed me to opt out, but I was still charged.
