“All the staff were extremely helpgul. The room, which was large with a sitting area, was kept spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast time was busy, the staff were very efficient in seating us quickly and bringing a pot of tea. The hot buffet was kept topped up so we didn't have to wait for our food and we were not rushed to finish.It was a very civilised start to the day each morning. The only thing we felt could be improved would be a shower with a shower tray rather...

“Buena ubicacion. Nos entregaron la habitación antes sin costo. Las alfombras de la habitacion ya estan muy viejas incliso un poco rotas lo que lo hacer ver sucio. El tapiz de las paredes tambien. Pero en general esta muy bien relacion precio.”

“La ubicación del hotel es excelente, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios importantes de Liverpool. El personal fue muy amable (nada que ver con los hoteles de Londres) y la habitación estaba muy bien. Buena relación costo-beneficio. Muy recomendable”
