“From the moment we were picked up from the train station by Louie we were made to feel very welcome all the staff friendly and amazing, I had my birthday weekend and we loved it ! Had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was perfect had some lovely views , the spa area was fantastic we enjoyed a swim, sauna and steam room and a relaxing time used the facilities twice. “The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...
