Stayed for birthday celebrations. Had a surprise upgrade when we checked in and a treat in the room, which was lovely. Hotel room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and was a peaceful stay. Breakfast the next morning was really nice. Choice of cooked and continental with something to suit everyone! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay as always, particularly for the Everton home games. could not be better located. Would like a little leeway on the 11am strict checkout time, but understand the need to turn the rooms over when busy.
