Excellent hotel for a city break. Rooms are huge and well appointed. Nice to be able to sit by the water and have a drink of their private terrace. The spa was a lovely addition and affordable at an additional £20 per person per day. It is in the docklands so walkable to that area but a bit farther into town. Taxis are affordable so we didn't mind at all.

Outstanding hotel, and if you catch the right offers, very well priced. Loved the theatrical corridors, with piped ship hum. Because it’s an old 18th century warehouse the corridors & rooms are grand & cavernous. Definitely stay again. Maybe not quite near the Royal Albert Dock area to walk to but an Uber is quick and cheap. Right across the road from the new Everton Stadium.
