The staff were friendly and and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing. Everywhere is immaculately clean . It's quiet during night, so you can have a good sleep. I was given options to choose which floor and the type of bathroom which was excellent That's why I always stay at Leonardos in Liverpool.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Nice to have the Liverpool wheel so close and convenient for excellent restaurants. Thie bar was a pleasant place to enjoy a drink in the evening. I was confused that they charged me for an extra person when I had booked two triple rooms for 5 people (3 of whom were teenagers). I also understood that breakfast was included and this was confirmed when I first checked in. My daughter in law went down early for breakfast and found out that it was not included. She paid for it. Embarrasing.
