What a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Chester. The old historic building is full of all the period features which is lovely to see and all in fantastic condition. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was amazing fresh coffee and all you could expect in a full English breakfast to start your day. Thank you too all the team made our stay relaxed and comfortable. Will defiantly be staying here again.

Great base to stay in the heart of Chester. This is a very old building so expect sloping floors as it’s part of its history. Stayed twice now, staff are very helpful as will store luggage. The 3pm checking is rigid

We couldn't fault anything. Staff we're friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast both we're very good. We stayed in the Brewers Cottage a really lovely cosy room. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for the end of July.
