“Room was nice but the balcony was a bit of a waste. Although it overlooked some of the park across the street, the electrical poles all over ruined the view. Certainly not their fault.
Not a fan of the shower curtain and the shower head has hard water buildup and some mildew.
Bed was very comfortable.
The desk in the room is cheap and useless.
Of course the breakfast had no vegan and gluten-free options so there was nothing for me to enjoy.
Staff was very nice.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Hanscoms in Bar Harbor. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes outside of the busy areas of Bar Harbor and about 5 minutes away from Acadia NP... close, but not too close... nice and quiet. In hindsight we probably would have selected a unit with more of a kitchen, ours just had a small fridge and microwave. Nice touch... there is a community area with a fire pit and everything is provided to get a nice fire going.”
