West Texas Vacation Packages for 2026

Room wasn't as nice as I hoped for. Probably would consider another hotel or better room.

Staff were so kind and helpful and the property is beautiful

On my first day as soon as I checked in a dog was continuously barking to the point I had to report it. Same day at 3:00AM a fire alarm was blaring asking everyone to evacuate the hotel. I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. All that to be told it was a false alarm. The lack of security and safety was non existent. My room had a connecting door and the noise from kids left me sleepless another night. I do not recommend this hotel, besides that the valet parking is $69.00 per day. Hotel didn’t even comp a drink for the fire alarm chaos.

The apartment was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

I was charged a pet fee for my service dog. Because my disability wasn’t obvious I suppose he thought I was faking. I wasn’t going to discuss my diagnosis at the counter with a line of people waiting behind us. (Though he went to the ADA website and recited the info to me and everyone else waiting in line) Since I had already paid for the room through hotels.com, reimbursement was not an option. I work out of town and stay in different hotels around Texas and Louisiana, usually a few nights per week. This is the first hotel that has ever done this. My husband asked if we could check our 8 ft ladder. The hotel could not accommodate. Our key kept having issues locking us out. The staff’s explanation was that sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. Then there were roaches in the bathroom. This will be the first hotel we’ll put on a do not return list!!
