This historic Hotel is right on the Riverwalk, accessible by a side door that also leads to the hotel restaurant. We were gifted with free drinks and also, because it is our anniversary, the hotel staff delivered a bottle of Brute Champagne snd chocolate covered strawberries!! The staff is helpful, friendly snd polite. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and convenience.

If you want to stay on the Riverwalk, you won't find a better location than this hotel. The hotel is a little older but very clean. The pool is nice. The staff were all friendly and professional.

La mansion and its staff were so attentive and helpful. The upkeep of such historic facilities is tedious , your staff have used specialized care and followed strict regulatory procedures and it is evident that there is ongoing maintenance to balance modern safety needs and still preserve the original architecture. We will continue to stay at your historic hotel as long as possible.

The staff were fantastic, exceptionally kind. Our granddaughters were delighted by the pool, afternoon treats, and kid gift bags. They begged us to stay another day. Parking was a breeze, even with the volume of guests on a holiday weekend. The location, of course, could not be better. And I took advantage of the spa discount at the sister property.

Classy landmark hotel with helpful, friendly and excellent staff. The central location is perfect for visiting the Riverwalk and downtown which enhances the experience especially for small families. Valet parking is a must, but can be slow during the busy hours. We parked across the street at the city parking lot. The restaurant on the first floor offers a flawlessly executed menu. The lobby bar is cozy and well stocked.

Fabulous hotel right on the Riverwalk - was able to relax on the verandah watching the bustle of people walking by. Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff very courteous and helpful. Definitely come back next time we visit San Antonio!
