We had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort is very beautiful and the amenities were excellent. My only complaint would be that the elevator was broken so we had to haul all our stuff up the stairs with 2 small children. Other than that minor hiccup everything was great and it's less than 10 minutes from Seaworld
