Very clean room, friendly staff and fun Saturday pool.

Rooms were not ready for check-in even though it was after the check-in time. We were told to go back in 30 to 45 minutes. Once given room, we reported it was missing a safe, the toilet was leaking water and the air conditioning was not working. We went out to eat and came back less than an hour later and there was a mop in the bathroom and still no safe nor working AC. We went back to the lobby to ask if the bathroom could be used or if staff were coming back since the mop was left behind. We were informed that we could use the bathroom but that there wouldn’t be a fix until the following day. We were then told that there might be a possibility for us to switch rooms the following day as well. We went back to our room and waited for the safe to be taken and it wasn’t so we went back to the lobby and it was close to 10 p.m. by this point. We were then showed and offered three separate rooms in various floors. We were able to switch rooms that same day we arrived. The new room was cooler but still not at a desirable temperature. It was difficult to make reservations at the restaurants and we ended up showing up to the restaurant and asking if anyone had cancelled or not shown for us to take their reservations. This worked for the Japanese restaurant. There were racoons spotted almost nightly and twice even at the windows in the buffet restaurant. A separate time in the hallway as food was left behind and placed on the planters there.

Booked a trip for 8 people thinking we all had 2 queen beds per room this was not the case. Unfortunately staff said it was travel agents fault and couldn’t fix it.
