Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, the staff was warm and welcoming, and there were plenty of great dining options to choose from. Great stay, beautiful hotel with, good food, excellent drinks and wonderful staff. The only downsides would be the distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta and lack of nightlife on or near the resort. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation this is definitely the place for you.

This was my first time staying at a Riu! My sister and I went for a 4 night stay for my birthday and I don’t believe I could’ve picked a better place to celebrate! Service and staff were phenomenal and the amenities and all inclusive service was definitely top notch! The hotel room and grounds were very clean and presentable at all times and staff was very friendly. The food - absolutely amazing! So many options to choose from, it was a dream! Walking down to the beach and relaxing was the best part! Riu and Puerto Vallarta have my heart!
