Overall, I felt the property was beautiful. The restaurants were delicious, even though a lot of the meals were quite salty, but the room service was great. The beach side is okay. There are definitely people that will come up to you trying to sell you different products, which is probably not enjoyable, but that's not necessarily the resort's fault. We ended up getting a massage that would have been ridiculously overpriced at like $900 US for a couples massage, which was outrageous and kind of ruined my taste I had for the hotel. And then also, I needed sunscreen one day. I tried to go to the gift shop, and they tried to sell me sunscreen for $35, which was not enjoyable, but then I realized they had sunscreen at the pool in a little bottle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but probably would not go back to it again, but the food was phenomenal, especially for an all-inclusive. And the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful all around and the restaurants are delicious. The pools are even more beautiful than in the photos and there wasn't any need to save lounge chairs early as there were plenty. I would definitely go back!

Incredible Don’t come for the party. Come for the relaxation. Very nice resort. No buffet but top notch food at three restaurants. Don’t come if you like plain food as the food is “fancy” Staff are just incredible. Your needs are met everywhere. Our concierge, Angel, was fabulous. He made our reservations and made sure everything was just right. All staff were great but Rodolfo was a stand out for us The roof top deck with infinity pool are amazing. The views and food are so good up there. Excellent beach service. Delicious guacamole and mango margs

The hotel is amazing! The hotel staff went above and beyond each day to ensure our experience was impeccable. The hotel is ultra clean and tastefully decorated. We stayed at the Único hotel in Riviera Nayarit at the end of November. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.

We had a wonderful stay at UNICO 20°105° in Riviera Nayarit. The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. A highlight of our stay was the tequila tasting with Gustavo, which was both fun and informative, and water aerobics with Natalie, who brought great energy. The service throughout the resort was outstanding—Eugene, David, Betza, and Carlos were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We also loved the casino night and live music, which added to the fun atmosphere. A special thanks to Elmer and Angel at the concierge desk—they were always available, incredibly helpful, and made reservations and activities effortless. The location is excellent, close to both a local market and a mall, making it easy to explore. We would absolutely return and highly recommend UNICO 20°105° for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the point I would never go back. Carlos the concierge was fantastic and really made to stay feel accommodating. So sad that the ownership that you would instruct your staff to act this way in panic and mayhem. Guess you'll enjoy your depleted bookings after the cartel incident and reviews like this.

We enjoyed the rooftop bar, pools, rooms, beach access. The vibe was boho. The only thing we did not like was the Italian restaurant for dinner but there are other restaurant options that were great. Also wish the cabanas would be 1st come 1st served, rather than paying a fee to rent it. Some were being “rented” but not even being utilized. The main pool and rooftop pool close at 8pm. I think the rooftop bar should stay open a little later like 10 pm

The Resort is perfectly located in the bay with incredible views of the ocean from all rooms(I believe). Ocean is within 4 minutes from any room and under 2 minutes you can be in the resort swimming pool where water levels are ankle high, waist high or swimming depth. As adults only the resort is quite and safe. Service is standout from front desk to the room and the restaurants. Cafe Inez stands out for incredible pastries all day long into night. Breakfast at Lia has everything you want and more. We loved Kobo the Japanese restaurant as well as the rooftop one for its sliders. The Mexican restaurant was a bit of a downer for vegetarians as well as those expecting variety(no enchiladas, burritos or fajitas). Sure it might be local authentic for seafood lovers. Overall we loved our week long stay every bit in this brand new resort.

We recently traveled with a group of friends to Unico PV and left with nothing but positive vibes from an unforgettable experience. Having visited 20+ all-inclusive resorts across Mexico, this one firmly ranks in our top two and here’s why - the details truly matter. Top 5 standouts: 1. Food quality and flavor were exceptional. 2. Service was remarkable, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. 3. The resort was spotless, cleanliness was second to none. 4. Drinks were crafted with care and tasted like it! 5. The location was ideal, both beautiful and convenient. We’ve only ever returned to one resort before, and this will now be the second, no hesitation, we’ll be back! One small suggestion: adding a dedicated dance club. While the lobby was stunning and showcased fantastic live talent, an enclosed, upscale space with a DJ, club lighting, and a dance floor for top requests would have been the perfect finishing touch to an otherwise flawless stay.

The service at Unico is hands down the best I’d ever experienced at an all-inclusive. The staff are friendly and hospitable and genuinely seem to want to make your stay a great experience. Every single staff member we encountered was fantastic. Some of the standouts for us were Angel (waiter at Lia and AguaMadre), Gabriel and Leonardo at the rooftop bar, and Carlos Miranda, our local host/concierge. There were a number of staff in the restaurants whose names we didn’t catch (those who brought bread, cleared plates, etc.); ALL were wonderful. The food at the hotel is absolutely wonderful, and I’ve never said that about an all-inclusive resort. We liked that all meals are a la carte; everything was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the guacamole and desserts. We utilized room service a few times; our orders were delivered within 40 minutes, and everything was hot and fresh. The gentlemen who do room service delivery take great care to set up your food in your room. The room service menu is very generous with options. The quality of room service was again something I’d never experienced at an all inclusive. We loved the coffee shop (loved their dirty iced chai and cranberry oatmeal cookies in particular). The resort is on a very quiet part of the beach that is swimmable, walkable, and uncrowded. If you are looking for a small, intimate, quiet place to relax where food, service, and views are your priorities, Unico is for you!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and it smells sooo good. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They gift all guests with hats a a cute bag that you can take to be personalized hand painted Sandra painted roses and my name for my bag and a sunset for my husband’s hat we loved them. Daniel Paz Resort Services very resourceful making things easy for us and making us feel welcome. Our favorite place the POOL BAR Axel, Alberto and Carlos made us feel very special we celebrated our wedding anniversary and they made us a special drink, every day they were smiling without them our stay would’ve never been as fun. You have to try the burgers, coconut shrimp and fresh guacamole by the pool. Nestor the entertainment coordinator is amazing I took his aqua aerobics, a painting class and everyday they have new activities, a DJ or live music our favorite was Duo Clave y Alma at pool bar amazing singer and very fun. Alfredo is in charge of the evening entertainment at the lobby they had live music we loved Dueto Mantra (Mauricio & Manuel). During the performances the Lobby bar is open bar tender Paul and waitress Veronica Ochoa are amazing. Loved the food at Kobo Japanese restaurant. Lia the for breakfast and Italian food all food delicious, fresh juices thank you Catalina, Amado and Alexander excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at UNICO Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful adults-only atmosphere. The food was exceptional every restaurant offered fresh, flavorful dishes, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Our room was luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning. What truly set this resort apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our vacation unforgettable. Absolutely beautiful and generous sized room. We had a 2 bed on 9th floor and had super views of the beach from balcony. Staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and presented beautifully too. Was a girls trip with the purpose to switch off and relax and we definitely achieved that!

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with the most hospitable staff. Our concierge, Angel Nieves, went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and help us with advice and suggestions. All the hotel staff, without exception, were very attentive, professional and so friendly. Shout out to the vibrant bartender, Axel, for his fantastic spirit and excellent skills. All the restaurant were exceptional and the dining experience was simply exquisite! We also loved the nightly live entertainment at the lobby. We enjoyed the music and dance and shared good times with the other guests. Can't wait for our next visit.

Loved everything! Our room was beautiful and spacious. We loved the tub on the balcony. The food was great at all three restaurants and the coffee cafe was great. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite. The staff was so above and beyond nice. The gym was perfect and the gym concierge was so friendly and even offered a spot when needed. We did a couples massage and hydrotherapy and we loved the atmosphere and the therapists were very good. I want to go back! The only feedback I had for them was when we first got there. We had 5 different people greet us or come talk to us and I knew it was part of the sales pitch but it was too many people. Our hostess was so sweet and helpful. I would recommend having the host or hostess do all of the initial check in and then ask if one other person can come share some more info. 5 people was too much but they took the feedback and adjusted immediately. I really appreciated that.
