We had a fantastic time! Kids loved the pools and beach. Rooms were clean, service was friendly and great spaces to play and relax. Tile around the pool can be slippery so be aware when walking with drinks 🙂 Overall a great relaxing trip!!

This resort was fabulous! New and clean! Great amenities and staff and beach. Nice sidewalk to go for long walks out front of resort as well. Would definitely stay again. Only thing to note- pool deck is very slippery and we did see a crocodile in the ocean!

It was really nice stay , I would recommend to please add more vegetarian food and in speciality restaurants reservations, it was very confusing after waiting for 2 hours if we will still get our spot or not , so if you do reservations it’s easy . Rest staff and services were very good

This was our first stay at a Riu Hotel. It’s like summer camp for families! The renos are stunning. I appreciated the many eco friendly construction (and convenient) choices such as all the lights turn off when you remove the room key. The staff are engaging. Erika made our mornings better with her attentive service at breakfast and lunch.

The rennos make everything seem brand new. Loads of seating, good service, food was decent. Put together to host lots of people in one area - it is busy but there are also quiet areas. Would give 5 stars but I think that it is reserved for yet another step above. With that said, no major complaints or issues.

This is such an amazing stay the food variation is amazing and the activities they have going on all throughout the day makes it that much more special. There won’t be a day you’ll be bored but maybe you’ll just be sore from moving so much 😂the room was also so clean and pretty there’s nothing you won’t enjoy here. The staff too! They’re so kind and full of energy!

Rooms were great. Resort was new and clean and awesome. Love that the sports bar was open 24 hours. Really wish that the pool was open a little later. Food was great- especially at the taco bar. The biggest criticism is dinner. The fact that you have to wait in line 45 min to an hour in order to make sure you get dinner at one of the restaurants is very inconvenient. Then you have to wait an hour and a half for the buzzer to go off. At least offer a reservation option.

everyone was very friendly, as it was just updated everything looked fresh and clean! it would be nice to have a lap pool open an hour earlier to be able to lap swim without kids, also having at least one pool open at night would have been nice. food was decent overall. having a few dinner reservations would have been nice instead of waiting in line. the food was great at the restaurants though. having fewer great options is better than a lot of options but not the best however, it would have been nice to have some other food options at the 24 hour sports bar, even fruit would have been nice. the NYE dinner was a great surprise and wonderful, It was really nice to have an adjoing room, great family place to stay

Good value hotel. The staff was friendly and enjoyed the entertainment offered each day. It's definitely an older property so the rooms and lobby are very much out dated. The food is very mid ( very resort - like) but not terrible. Pool areas were nice, great beach access and plenty food options.

The resort staff were excellent, and very helpful. The majority of them were super nice. Our rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed, used cups replaced and beds were made up, unless we put up the do no disturb sign. The pools were okay, I'm not really a swimmer but the kids enjoyed it. The entertainment staff worked really hard every day to keep guests engaged, i started to feel sorry for them. But i liked the gym, choices of dinning places and multiple selection of foods. We had a great time!! It was the perfect holiday for Christmas season. Keep it up Riu Jalisco staff
