RIU Jalisco was excellent! Very clean and stylish property, newly renovated. Staff was friendly, however a few of our requests were not met at first ask but they came through in the end. We will definitely be back.

There were a variety of pools and areas for all ages plus a gorgeous beach for walking. Room was small but nicely renovated with lots 8f water pressure fir the shower. Our only concern was having to line up for dinners because they don't have a reservation system.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice selection of food choices. Only negative is that the tile surfaces in the pools and out are very slippery when wet, be careful. Nice kids pool area.

RIU Hotels are Fabulous. Great Food, Entertainment and the Cleanliness is the best we have seen to date. RIU Jalisco is newly renovated and was an excellent place to get away from the Canadian Winter for awhile❤️

Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet.

Nice job on the recent upgrade to the facility offered plenty of pool and beach chairs, decent food for an A/I but my steak at their specialty restaurant was like chewing shoe leather, good gym and wonderful beach. Seemed about 15-20% of patrons were families. Large property with lots of walking. Overall the nearby RIU Vallarta at the same price is a nicer resort. And if you can spend more and want an adult only option the nearby RIU Palace Pacifico has better food and better service.

The rooms were clean food was good no complaint the beach was excellent but not enough shade and had to pay for an umbrella from a beach vendor which resort should have supplied the pools were ok over crowded and hard to get seating unless you go down first thing in the morning
