Newness, Hotel is only 8 months old. Excellent roof top pools and hot tubs. Ocean beach is a 15 minute walk. A shopping mall is a 15 minute walk. Excellent restaurants close by.

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Ramon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Only would recommend more maintenance on the pool. Few days main pool was a little dirty. Breakfast was super!

Very nice new property. Only issue is you can hear everything/everyone in the halls while you are in your room. You hear the flushing of toilets and running showers from other rooms.

Hotel MĆ­o was in a safe and walkable area. Our initial room was noisy due to the gym being above us and upon informing the front desk, Daniel the manager moved and upgraded us to a room with a panoramic view. The bell boy, Ricardo was very attentive at all times and Andres our waiter during breakfast was amazing! Thank you Hotel Mio. We would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, bed was awful built on what looked like a wooden box frame and made a crashing sound each time you moved in it. Room was otherwise nice and very clean. Be aware construction is happening close by so be sure to ask for room facing away from it. I was facing it about the noise didnā€™t bother me. Rooftop pool was nice, good staff. Pools are ok, shallow. 2 jacuzziā€™s. Gym is good.

We spent several days here for our honeymoon in early April. Staff members were friendly and seemed to take initiative to help if we had ā€œthat lookā€ that tourists have when they donā€™t know whatā€™s going onā€”haha! We LOVED being at the RG, the rooftop pool, bar and lounge area. We spent a few evenings there playing card games and enjoying some drinks by the pool. The property is in Nuevo Vallarta, which is a short drive away from PV, and also means this area is quiet and more secluded than Puerto Vallarta. We were able to catch the public bus and ride to PV for just a few pesos, and this was safe so no worries there. We would say that the distance between the hotel and PV made things less convenient, but since we were on vacation, that wasnā€™t an insurmountable problem. Overall, this was a beautiful property with great staff and we would consider staying there again on a future visit.

Construction aide just beside

The hotel is really nice and the service is excellent, however thereā€™s a big construction just beside the hotel and is extremely loud that you canā€™t relax in the pool or in your room from 7am to 6pm every single day. One of the night we stayed, the construction crew was working till 9pm, hammering and making a lot of noise till the point we had to ask for a se one change of room. The staff is very friendly and they helped us with these issues. The service of the staff at the rooftop is excellent.
