Great amenities. Great staff. Wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable. Transfer from airport to hotel and back was excellent on time and not crowded with other families.

Great family hotel, such a nice place to stay with friendly and very helpful staff. The restaurants had really good food. Only negative was that they were doing some maintaintance repairs on the next room next to ours and our room smelled like a paint for a bit.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Very nice property! Beautiful and well kept outdoor areas. Room was clean and staff did a great job maintaining it clean everyday. Buffet was good and clean. Lacking flavor for my taste. But you’ll always find something to eat.drinks were ok- beers were warm 90% of the time. Friendly staff.

I stayed at Riu Vallarta for a week with my friends and had a great time thanks to the animation team! Abner, Eric and Mimi were absolutely amazing at their jobs and always made sure we had a great time regardless of the activity, I had a wonderful time and would love to come back soon :)

This is the second time , we are in Riu . The best food , so clean . The only thing which I mention , we had 2 double bed for 3 of us . For the first night it was not comfortable and small for us . We request for better bed and they put a large mattress all over the beds and was so much better

Room was fantastic. But, the bed was too hard. Staff was amazing. Every single one. Food could have a lot more vegetarian friendly items. cmon! The towel policy of only one a day is crazy! if you go to the beach in the morning, you are supposed to carry your wet towel around in case you want to go swimming later. The hotel is gorgeous and the beach is lovely. Water is warm and welcoming. I hope to return
