A smaller, relaxing resort staffed with the most helpful and kind people! Our room was spotless and the balcony view amazing. Gluten free options in the buffet were not consistently displayed, but staff were helpful and I experienced no problems. We've been to this resort several times and will return.

If you can eat at the Japanese, Italian, Mexican, or chef’s table fine dining, do it! The food was delicious. But if you can’t, the food at the Buffet or the Snack bar was not bad at all. Good variety. Really liked the daily events at night. You can drink, but Too bad you can’t eat at the pool.

The front desk staff were polite at times but, not very helpful when asked certain questions regarding the facilities and amenities. The restaurant staff, servers, bartenders, and hosts provided excellent service. They were attentive at all times, they definitely made the experience more enjoyable. The food was our favorite part of our stay there; there was a great selection of dishes and snacks. they offered a unique buffet experience.

Nice little resort. Good overall experience. Beautiful beach with no seaweed. Food was good overall but not much variety. The buffet is quite small and can get crowded. If you decide to have a later breakfast, you will have to wait in line to be seated. I found the food style and taste were mostly for local people, rather than foreigners, as it was kind of spicy for me. We may return to this hotel anyway

Great staff, good food, lovely beach. Only one issue which is really my preference, not a problem… VERY LOUD!! Music blasting at the pool all day, people talking into microphones for exercise classes and games. you can’t get away from the noise if you want to relax at the pool. If you like that kind of activity, then it’ll be great. I just wanted quiet and ended up wearing noise cancelling earplugs the entire week and could still FEEL the music because it is that loud.

The hotel had great landscaping areas . Well maintained. Staff at buffet were great. However, check in staff, who helped us was rude. Didn’t have good customer service skills. Every time I asked a question, she will answer on a rude way. The room were I stayed were small. Not too much space.
