We received a fantastic upgrade to a ocean view balcony. Our room was very clean. Staff in the dinning areas was excellent. You need to be early to get a spot by the pool area, but ample space by the ocean.

The Occidental resort is stunning. Very well managed. All staff at this resort are fantastic people. They definitely make your stay extraordinary. The entertainment was beyond what i expected.
