The resort was amazing! Plenty of food options and great customer service. We had 2 amazing servers at the beach and Alexis at the Media Luna was fantastic, Along with Daniel at tower 6 bar and Victor with the golf carts. That is just to name a few! Everyone was helpful inviting and attentive. Lots of pools in various areas and food options throughout the day from the pantry to the food truck buffets Hibachis and the bar food at all locations. The wild life was amazing to view as well!

Nice property, but we were really hoping for a quiet resort. They play really loud music at every pool with the same songs every day and there is no quiet place to relax. The resort is in a nice valley with alot of trees but the staff are constantly cleaning leaves with noisy gas powered leaf blowers. The pool with a view and full day sun unfortunatly had semitrucks delivering water to the resort throughout the day and have to use loud generator pumps to pump in the water.

We checked out 3 days into our 7 day holiday. The food selection was awful. The buffet didn’t even have heating lights on the hot food. Everything was cold. The pools were heated and felt like you were in a bathtub of urine. The bars weren’t open until 12:00. The distance from everything makes this resort too out of the way. It was beautiful, the staff were great too

The resort is beautiful, located in a beautiful location. The staff is super friendly and I wished I would have been able to remember all of their names. However, big shoutout to Liliana, Samuel and Nathiliana (and I probably spelled that wrong, too), all the bell boys, the housekeepers etc. It was a very relaxing stay and I enjoyed every moment.

This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!
