“La habitación estaba sucia, el baño también, no servía el teléfono, no limpiaban la habitación. Pedí todos los días que repararan el teléfono y en mis 3 días de estancia, no repararon nada, por lo tanto, si necesitabas limpieza o shampoo o algo, tenías que ir directamente al escritorio a pedirlo, aunque no harían caso ya que solo lo escribían y no hacían nada. De los peores hoteles de esta cadena que regularmente son muy buenos hoteles.”

You could also hear the neighbours above and at the side, and I assume they could hear us.”

“Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

“Premier Inn remains my go-to choice after trying several similar hotels. The room size is good, layout is smart and functional, and the bed is comfortable. The staff were all very polite and I was touched to see a staff member (taller girl) patiently serve breakfast to an elderly guest in a wheelchair. Exceptional service!”

Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Used the pool facilities, great jacuzzi!
Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!!”

“The place does the job if you are a tired traveler .but be very carefully of the food service here it is really bad quality and served cold and not edible .I would just wonder over to the coop store and get your self a bit of food there at least you can see what you are getting for you money .
The teenager cooking the food at the lodging main desk seemed not to care about the condition of how the food was sent out and I did not bother making a sean about it ,I calculated it was just a lost...

Beautiful property and Heather the host was really lovely.
Fabulous home cooked breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.

“The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.”
