The accessibility of all areas and the wet room facilities were very good and made our stay easy for my wheelchair user daughter and myself. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the emergency plan excellent

The hotel is dated, the bathroom products are not elemis as per photos and the rooms are limited with old tvs. Food was nice but £4.50 for diet coke is ridiculous.

We liked the breakfast in restaurant and the site was green and pleasant. Wish we didn’t have to cancel two nights due to blocked drains in bedroom. No attempt to fix during the day. Refund via Expedia was very quick thankfully.

The room was clean but felt a little uncared for. The headboard had clearly been “well used” which was a little off putting. The hotel itself was lovely, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was also great! We spent some time relaxing in there after our long journey and it was excellent!

All staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good though the toaster is a little slow. Room was lovely however in the current heat would have appreciated air conditioning or a fan to cool the room down. Would also have appreciated the room to have a safe available. Extremely enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel, looking tired in places Staff were very friendly & professional. Food was wonderful, thorough breakfast at the weekend was very slow, even when booking a time slot. Safe & coffee machine didn't work in room & never got fixed over 3 nights stay. Gym is very well equipped & pool is a great size for a hotel. Spa reception a bit frosty but the treatment & beauticians were perfect
