Greatly enjoyed!!! Will stay again!!!

Room was cleaned daily; all staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and helpful. Must be well-managed.

Most of the staff was amazing. We had an ocean side view with 2 double beds. The fridge leaked the whole time. There was some wallpaper peeling off the walls. The floors were not cleaned during our stay and I ended up asking the housekeeper to borrow the broom and sweep the room out myself. But honestly for the price of it compared to other places and the location, I feel it was fair and I’d consider staying again. The front desk gal Brittany really is as amazing as all the Google reviews say. She will make you smile!

Wonderful checkin. Fast. Nice. Big apt so we needed big parking. They accommodated us. Thankful. Did cut open foot on their old metal rusty chairs on porch, also sat in it and leg weekend and almost fell over. Cut is healing but was infected even after cleaning and cleaning. Kids could not be around those chairs with their little legs and feet also. We had to set one aside so no one would run into it. Great apt. Our family comes back every yr. Plenty of space. The wicker couch on porch leg was already broke, we had to prop it up. We had to take out trash daily because there was not a big trash can in apt. Needed a lamp in first room. Also no extra blanket… it did get cold but that was good that ac works really well. Worked really good!!!! Loved it! We love the porch it was out family place especially if weather was bad. Wish we could get a good price for next year and days we want now but their online won’t go out that far. All in all we will be back. Maybe we will rent the boardwalk house

Nothing wrong with employees they were fantastic and super helpful but as for you Expedia you have been a complete lie, I picked this place cause of the pictures and the room we have is no where in any photos not only that I’ve paid in full since march and for the past two months you’ve said nothing, no calls, no notifications about like “uh oh your payment didn’t fully go through please pay a SURCHARGE when you arrive at the hotel” is so and literally out of pocket from your end that money I brought with me to spend ended being spent more for the hotel than the fun for activities it ruined my first day there, the closet was busted and bolted shut, infested cover bird poop on balcony and chairs, the bedroom with two beds had those windows with with a shade you can open but can’t see through (hence also not shown in pictures) I want my no heads up surcharge BACK
