Location is fantastic, outdoor pool/sitting area/pool bars are great, fire pit is very nice, room had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise, we had one issue with the HVAC unit and it was fixed within an hour of us notifying the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

Family friendly, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. Beach was a short walking distance from the hotel beach access. Parking is $10 a day, charged at check in. Convenient on site Italian restaurant that offers hotel users a discount for the kids. Only negative experience was the pool, cloudy and heavily chlorinated the days we were there, immediately caused red eyes although that’s not the hotels fault that swimmers use the pool instead of the showers to rinse off the beach. Immediate caused red eyes and skin conditions. Avoided.

The hotel is within a great location accessible to many of Ocean City’s attractions. The room we stayed in was perfect offering all the comforts of home. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was a great convenience which we enjoyed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent! Excellent! This was a wonderful hotel for our first stay in Ocean City. The rooms are slightly worn, but as a beach resort it was perfect. The room was large enough to accommodate our family of five, with a kitchenette so we could keep snacks, leftovers, and drinks nicely stored. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean and was a great view. The pool was amazing, with a swim up bar and outdoor dining that offered typical beach fare at reasonable prices. They also had fire pits in the evening, weather permitting, and provided a wonderfully relaxing vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, providing quick service when our AC required maintenance. With a restaurant attached and within walking distance of eateries, we could stroll and not worry about parking the car. And with the boardwalk only a 15 minute drive away, it was quite convenient. We only stayed for two nights but wish it had been longer! We would definitely stay again!

It was good what we needed it for. However, $10 a day for parking is absurd for what we paid for. Rooms were musky, pillows uncomfy. They advertise free breakfast but you actually only get a voucher to the Italian restaurant that is VERY SLOW. They advertise kids eat for free, but it’s only with certain meals. Only 2 kids, and you have to remind them and check the bill. Kids enjoyed. Had fun in the pool and swim up bar. Loved the flavored water in lobby every day.
