We liked that our room was very clean and updated. Beds were comfy! Easy check in and we were an hour early and our room was ready. Staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was average, but the waffle machine was a hit. They were delicious and hot. Don't wait until the last minute to go to breakfast because they clean it up promptly. This is a non-smoking hotel so please don't smoke pot because we can smell it in the halls and thru our vents. People need to follow rules and go outside, or management will upcharge your room as they should. Fair warning! All in all, we did like this hotel and would definitely stay again. Very nice big pool, small gym and a game room for the kiddies.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area was a little overgrown and had poison ivy by the unopened splash pad which was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel for the stay because of having children. I was disappointed to see it caved in and not working.

Our room was very clean, and my son enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the lack of Wi-Fi service, which resulted in us being unable to use our devices or TV streaming services in our room. When we asked one person at the desk, he said that it was our device, not the Wi-Fi. But when we asked a second person, he said it was a Wi-Fi issue. In addition, my wife was unable to use the fitness center during our stay Because more than one fitness machine needed repair. Overall, our stay was OK, but far from perfect.

This hotel is in a great area. We had stayed here before and were in a room upstairs…it was a better experience. This time we were on the first floor. The bathroom was dingy. The AC made a lot of noise that impacted our sleep. Our room was not cleaned the first couple of days we were there. It was when we asked but the shampoo and conditioner were not replenished. The breakfast was sparse. The price was too high for the experience. We will not stay here again.
