This was our third trip to OCMD and our third stay at Hyatt Place. We really enjoy the hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness of the our room as well as the hotel, the breakfast is great and loved our ocean front room.
Breakfast was unbelievably good !! The rooms were always clean and the cleaning ladies are wonderful! Definitely recommend & the indoor heated pool is lovely (outside is nice too but not heated)
Love the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property has two pools and they were clean and ready for a good time! I would highly recommend. Can not wait to go back!
Overall stay was decent. There wasn’t enough staff around, and room service was extremely slow. It was not indicated that the hotel is split into two buildings and we had to move to the second one for our stay. The second building is not along the beach, instead it was a block away. Breakfast was good and everything was super clean.
Beach front room with a clear view of the beach and boardwalk! Clean room clean pool and nice friendly staff! Oh easy access to restaurants and fun activities!
Room was very clean, the view was wonderful and you are close enough to walk to a lot of places. When we arrived it was very confusing to find the lobby for check in and no where to park. There were no signs up to direct us where to go.
The staff was really nice. The rooms were super clean and the restaurants were excellent. Most of the eateries close after 8. I found a Mexican Restaurant right across the parking lot that was open. I didn't have great expectations about the quality of the food but it was really good. I had a chicken taco sandwich w/o the taco. It was really good. We also enjoyed our sea food at Hoopers. The service was really good and we ate on docked boat that had dinning tables.
My go to "off season" stay. Pet friendly for my service pooch. Hotel is on the boardwalk in the middle of everything and close to everything else. Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy and complimentary breakfast is fantastic!
