We absolutely loved our stay at Princess Royale! The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Even though we came during bad weather, we still had a great time because the indoor pool was amazing for the kids and family. Everything was easily accessible, the room was clean, and the beach view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious room and beautiful lobby area. Better view than expected and the room had lots of storage area which was a plus. My one complaint was I felt like the pool wasn’t as well maintained as it could have been. Was not heated and the area just didn’t seem too clean but that just comes with age. Overall a great stay and I would recommend.

Beautiful hotel can’t wait to come back when the weather is nicer. Just wish the pool was a little cleaner but there was a cheerleader competition in the area so the pool was packed.

Resort is nice in lobby, great coffee place onsite. but the pool was so crowded kids everywhere splashing and with floating rings . If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time at pool this is not the place. It was very noisy on the hallways by my room at 12at night. Young teens playing outside hallways. My room was very clean, the hotel was beautiful!!! I didn’t care for the staff member that checked me in. She was attentive nor did she explain anything. She was Hispanic decent. When I had went to see if the room was ready all the rest of the staff was friendly and very attentive.
