Charge for refreshments. Great staff. Great breakfast... And lunch and dinner
So much to see and do. Great room, buffet was excellent, the Chinese creation was unbelievable. No complaints here!
The staff how open the layout was and lots on property o do and see
Centered location which makes every other casino accessible
This is an amazing iconic building. The view from the balcony on a high floor into the lobby is jaw dropping (the walls of the pyramid are actually hotel rooms with entrances from balconies, which run around the hotel at each floor; the inner part of the pyramid is empty so from those balconies you ...
We had a blast. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the best blackjack tables around!
I like that it was downtown right next to the Freemont light show.
Very well located, it is a property that is strategically in a central location and is in the middle of Old Vegas and New Vegas
The hotel is HUGE - which makes walking to ride share/taxi service a long trek. It also was choked with cigarette smoke most of the time. But the staff was very friendly and helpful!
There was no microwave or coffee maker available. When we went down to get coffee there was one nice lady behind the counter and 10 to 15 people in line. This was every morning up to 39 minute wait
Great property! Staff was very nice and accommodated our room requests. Lots of restaurants and things to do on the property - we ran out of time to see everything!
I liked how beautiful it was and the rooms were spacious. Very good customer service overall. The biggest downside to me is the fact that they charge for everything- they have an amenities charge “if you use the amenities charge” they keep it and if you don’t, it takes forever to load back your bank ...
Love the location and quiet environment. Took my gr-kids and they immediately liked the room and close surroundings.
It was clean and spacious. Good location, not too noisy but lively enough. Had a good variety to keep all 14 of us entertained. However, found the air in the casino/lobby area a bit smokey for me and most in my party. Even though some of us are smokers.
We stayed in the tower. The rooms were spacious and had great views of the vines and the mouuntains. Unfortunately i felt like i was in a bedroom of a house. I could hear others opening their doors, walking and talking down the hall and it was just overall lmexcess noise.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The one thing that I feel needs to be updated are the hallways to get to you room. They are a little gloomy.
The room was nice and the place was clean. The manager was pleasant and understanding. I would come back here again.
This hotel has history in its every inches. It is absolutely majestic and amazing. Step back in time and enjoy exploring! And I love it that it’s said to be one of the most haunted places in America! Many cool stories on the tours and on signs around the hotel too.
