The staff, service, rooms all are fantastic! The hotel is centrally located, so it's easy access to all the other casinos. Even tho it's small, this place is huge on customer service.

Love the resort and especially the pools. The construction is a pain and the wifi in the world tower was terrible.

A nice quiet soothing environment, a very good break from the noise of Vegas.

my favorite place in VEGAS we always stay here it's so much more intimate than other hotels, it's light & bright, there's no casino, no smoking, yet it's right in the hub next to Cosmopolitian, ARIA & Bellagio. Also wonderful VICE VERSA LOUNGE that has large out door open yet canopied area.

Check in staff, housekeeping were great. Lots at your fingertips. Everything was very expensive though, $18 drinks at the bars is crazy.

I like the location of the hotel. Housekeeping staff was terrific. Fast registration. My only negative would be the walk to hotel from self parking area. The walk is far and confusing.

Fountains were awesome! The only critique was we couldn’t use the mini fridge as it was weight sensitive, which means we couldn’t put our own drinks in there. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. Buffet is always awesome. Wait staff was also very courteous

Long waiting time for check-in. Not able to set appropriate temperature for AC. All other - every think was fine

We liked how beautiful the hotel was. The rooms were nice due to the renovations, however, there were times that the AC in the room was not cool enough.

We were pleased when we arrived that we were able to check into a room immediately

third time here. Still enjoy the atmosphere, the beach area was a hit as usual. Staff across the board were accommodating, professional and helpful.
