The property is clean and well maintained. Any time we interacted with staff and servers, they were very helpful. The pool drink prices are egregiously overpriced. That would be my only complaint.

The upgrade I received when I arrived to Nobu. Excellent customer service and it was a quiet pleasant stay. No complaints or issues. First time here at this resort and this is my 17th time in Las Vegas. The pools are very beautiful and we spent good hours there getting our tan on. Thank you Caesars palace, I shall be back soon. 😉

I had a good stay at Caesars Palace. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. I appreciated the self-check-in option, which made the arrival process quick and convenient. My room in the Octavius Tower offered a great view and was comfortable throughout my stay. The variety and availability of dining options were also impressive, making it easy to find something to enjoy at any time of day. The only downside was the cost of parking, which was quite expensive. However, given the hotel's prime location, it was understandable. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.

The pool is amazing but the room are dirty and outdated and the staff was very rude when we ask to have our room dusted and cleaned. We paid extra for a strip view room and we had a view of the roof and a side angle of the strip total rip off. Would not stay there again

My stay at Caesars Palace was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property truly lives up to its legendary reputation. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful architecture, immaculate grounds, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the excitement and luxury of Las Vegas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering amazing views and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the incredible variety of dining options. Whether grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a high-end meal, every experience was excellent. The casino floor was lively and energetic, and the location on the Las Vegas Strip made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The pools were fantastic, creating the perfect oasis to relax and unwind during the day. Between the world-class entertainment, dining, shopping, and overall atmosphere, there was never a dull moment. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Caesars Palace delivers luxury, convenience, and unforgettable memories all in one place. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Las Vegas!

Stay was okay. Room was clean. Hate that you have to ask for a fridge while they keep one in the room but censored and filled with items to purchase. Room was noisy/could loudly hear street music. Pool area is insanely priced to rent anything but if you aren’t there at opening, good luck getting somewhere ‘free’ to sit. Getting drinks while gambling takes close to an hour. Vegas as a whole is wildly overpriced but at the cafe in the hotel we paid $250 Canadian for 2 orders of chicken fingers, 2 chicken Caesar salads plus 2 pops and one alcoholic drink. Essentially $63/person for chicken fingers. The hotel makes an average of $16 million PER DAY. What happened to the days of cheap Vegas. It has lost its appeal

The hotel overall is really nice. First time stay in Vegas for me and my wife. We did find a syringe in our room and under the couch was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. I talked to someone on staff and they switched us rooms and gave us some food credit as well as comped our fees that the hotel charges on top of what we paid Expedia, so I was still charged what I paid so Expedia since that's how I booked it. The second room I did find an old lipstick between the bed and the night stand so I would say the cleaning staff needs to brush up on actually looking everywhere when cleaning to assure a nice clean and safe room. The first room had an empty fridge so I was able to store my insulin but I had to ask for a separate "medical mini fridge" in the 2nd room since the new room had a fully stocked mini bar which I was told (kind of rudely by staff) that it's NOT FOR PERSONAL use. Customer service is an 7.5 or 8 out of 10 as they are helpful but sometimes come off as rude but perhaps it's just how it sounded to me. I'd stay again but will advise everyone to verify your room has been cleaned properly.

The Caesars Palace was absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful place to stay. My daughter enjoyed the beautiful rooms; all the shops and food places.

Loved it. 1st time to Vegas. So much to do, Caesars is right in the middle of it. Walked to the sphere, ubered everywhere else. Didn’t use the pool, gets crowded early. Lots of great food in the complex, plus plenty nearby. If cigarette smoke bothers you, you may want to stay away from the gaming area during peak times. Can’t wait to get back to Vegas!

There was no in room amenities . No hot water kettle, coffee pods, no tea bags, sugar . This are the basic amenities provided world wide free of cost for morning wake up . Upon request to my shock there was charge of 11 dollars which is in acceptable.

Stayed for one night to see a comedy show (Seinfeld). My room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, pillows firm and supportive. Large walk-in shower. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside, the ac kept the room at an even, comfortable temperature. There was a Keurig coffeemaker in the room, but no coffee pods, you either have to bring your own or buy from the supply in the room; one of those deals where if you even touch something you get charged. Nice that the hotel provides you with bottled water when you check in, but there's no fridge in the room, with a notice saying you can request one (for a fee of course). The hotel does a good job of filtering out the smoke in the casino areas. You can smell it, but it's not overwhelming like some other properties. Plenty of good food options, although very pricey - $11.50 for a latte at the Starbucks?? Overall, a good stay, but what is this nonsense nowadays with hotels charging you if you check in early? I can understand an extra charge for checking out late, but how do they justify a fee for checking in early? If the room is ready, that means that it has already been cleaned and is ready for occupancy; doesn't cost the hotel one penny extra for a guest to check in early. The answer of course is they can't justify it; it's just another way to squeeze every last dollar out of guests. Pretty insulting when you think about it.

So Caesars is about exactly what you should expect from Vegas these days. Rooms were big, clean and nice. There were plenty of food options and the buffet was spectacular. Just know food and beverage are very expensive. $13 for 12 oz beer. $25 cocktails. $7 Starbucks drip coffee. $13 slice of pizza. The pool area is nice but there are not nearly enough chairs for the size of the resort. You get the typical people who come down at 9am and drop a towel and one personal item to tie up a chair all day. Staff is not permitted to remove any personal items, so play that game if you want or be prepared to spend big $$ on premium seating. Pool staff is very nice though. Caesars like most Vegas casinos still allows smoking on gaming floor. Still not sure why that’s a thing if they want to attract premium visitors. Many people don’t want to spend too much time in a smoke filled environment. Shopping is spectacular according to my wife who is into such things. Many high end stores.
