Santoy Hanover Vacations

The front desk check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour just to check in, which was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to change rooms the next day, which added inconvenience and disruption to my stay. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and fell short of my expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Todo fue excelente

I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!
