Amazing time if you enjoy great personal shade on the beach that is a short walk across the road. The living area was very beautiful and not busy with people everywhere, but enough to make good friends if you want. Loved my time here.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. If you like to swim in the ocean and enjoy the beach, this is your place. The food was delicious. Make sure you ask for a piña colada. You won’t be disappointed. We will be returning.

Perfect beach, unique clean rooms, great bars and cocktail selection, friendly staff, really nice pool area and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent , lunch and dinner were very good. Food is tasty in general with the exception of desserts which were basically the same cakes everyday, icecreams are available but you have to ask for it. Would suggest more snacks options available between meals, such as pastries, icecreams, fruit, etc. Solid four star resort, excellent value for the price we paid.

This place is heavenly. This tropical resort "feels" like Jamaica. The beach is clean, and the water is clear and warm. The thatched umbrellas are an ideal way to soak up the beach, sand and the salt water, while listening to the waves. The food is abundantly delicious. But the best part is the staff! What an amazing trip! Believe all of the good things you read about Sunset at the Palms, as it is a truly unique experience! The staff was wonderful, and we felt taken care of throughout our stay. The beach is among the best along the west coast, and we felt like we were in our own little piece of paradise. The amenities met our needs, and then some! While not the most extensive buffet amongst all-inclusives, it had more than enough variety to suit us, and the themed nights brought extra choices each day. The Half Moon Beach excursion was a great add-on, and we felt our cares melt away into a true vacation experience. The garden setting for the rooms was relaxing and encompassing. We cannot wait to return!

We always enjoy our stay at Sunset at the Palms. The staff are always friendly and quick to accommodate your every need. Parts of the resort could use upgrades. The gym really needs an air conditioner that works. The night entertainment, specifically the piano bar, would benefit from a little more variety and offer different musicians an opportunity to sing.
