The property is aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained by the staff. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The culinary offerings are exceptional. The resort provides a wide range of activities, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. A convenient ATM on the property would facilitate easier access to cash for tipping purposes. Additionally, providing bicycles for guests to ride to the nearest ATM would be a welcome addition.

Stayed here a week and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is very cute and outdoorsy (no AC in many places) so you have to be ok with that. The rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are so comfortable! Meals were good, especially at the beach bar. Definitely order the jerk chicken with fries. The staff at the resort were so kind, attentive, respectful and just generally lovely people. There was never an issue of not finding a spot on the beach or pool like you normally experience at larger resorts. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get away with a couple of books, children free, and have a laid back experience in a beautiful setting.

My stay at Sunset at the Palms was Magical! I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. If you are a nature lover, and you are looking for a quiet calm oasis, look no further. I loved the tree house style room(s) and the beauty of the setting. The beach (private) across the street is Amazing! The staff are top notch! I special shout out to Francois, Kirk, Bianca, Shanica, Shirleen, Nadine, Lynwood and many others who made this a vacation one I will always remember!!!! I look forward to experiencing it again soon!

The resort is nice but not one of the nicest we have stayed in. There isn't a whole lot to do so it is more the a person or couple who just want to relax. The beach is also not one of the nicest compared to other resorts down the beach from this resort but they do offer huts which the others don't for sun protection. Water was clean and beautiful.

We loved the smaller property, without hundreds of people, they were definitely focused on quality over quantity. The local cuisine they offered was awesome, as well as the service and staff. The pool was tucked into a garden jungle where we spent the majority of our time. The beach property was also nice, giving us enough of an excursion experience, we didn't feel a need to explore away from the resort. Maybe we'll explore a bit more next time. They provided nightly entertainment and took it upon themselves to book a couple of dinner reservations, before we arrived, so we didn't have to worry about it. Our room backed into a green belt with a lovely balcony, hammock, table and chairs, chaise and entertaining goats.

Amazing time if you enjoy great personal shade on the beach that is a short walk across the road. The living area was very beautiful and not busy with people everywhere, but enough to make good friends if you want. Loved my time here.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. If you like to swim in the ocean and enjoy the beach, this is your place. The food was delicious. Make sure you ask for a piña colada. You won’t be disappointed. We will be returning.

We really liked the seclusion with the tropical beauty. The staff was top notch. The room was one we really wanted be in when we weren't at the beach or at the pool with swim up bar. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was wonderful, from the beach to the pool to the staff. We wanted to relax and have no cares or worries for the week, and that’s what exactly what we were able to do!
