Absolutely loved our stay! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the entire trip, and the breakfast was great every morning. The beach view was beautiful and made the whole experience even better. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again!

The resort and beach were great. Our only complaint was about the air conditioning in our room. It would only cool to about 75 F but after requesting maintenance it would only get to about 74 F but would still get as hot as 80 F. Other rooms would cool to 65F. The resort and room were very clean, the beach has plenty of lounge chairs so you don’t have to fight anyone or get up too early, the beach also has a bunch of shade trees. Reservations at the restaurants were easy to get on the RIU app. I would go back.

There are events all day, every day. Make sure to check the schedule in advance of your trip to ensure you have proper attire. Meals were good at the buffet, and much better at the restaurants. We ate at Luigi’s, the Steakhouse, and the sports bar. Would be best to make your reservations as soon as you arrive. The staff was friendly & very accommodating. Many seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job. There was plenty of space to relax on the beach, Rooms were cleansed and stocked daily. The app was easy to use to request add’l items. Would definitely recommend, especially as a family friendly environment

Cons- The hotel needs elevators! The food on the Buffett was of basic quality, the beds were hard, and the Tequila was of poor quality. Pros: great entertainment, relating to thetaco bar by the pool, food was great, the steakhouse was awesome, pool with a bar was fun.
