This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future

The property was nice to take photos, pool is huge and spacious. The downsides of this hotel are as follows: Staff inconsistencies meaning every staff have something different to say, food was not so good not much varieties. Y'all need to have more jerk spot base on the size of the property. Entering the villa was smelly, they could place some nice air freshners on the stairways. We could sense that this hotel need structure, hence workers inconsistent behaviors. Overall, its a nice place but need to be re-managed.

Wonderful staff - too many times to mention individually! The bar, restaurant and entertainment staff very helpful, accommodating and gave service with a smile. The dedicated guest relations team for Expedia customers was excellent with booking à la carte restaurants, arranging special requests, ensuring we got a ground floor room, and resolving one small issue. Bar in Miss Lou's coffee shop is hidden gem. Chef Jason in Sumptuori was amazing on the hibachi table and also made us a delicious off the menu sushi platter on our second time at Sumptuori. The landscaping staff will do their best to get you fresh coconut. The property is on a huge site with something to do for every age group. Yes the hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane and repairs are being undertaken but that didn't interfere or spoil our holiday.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the food was amazing! Odaine from the mombay restaurant was an excellent waiter so happy and always treated us great and Ashanti also in the Bombay for breakfast was excellent waitress so happy to serve us! The cleaning lady for 2734 was great our room was always clean and fresh and the fridge was always stocked never had to ask for anything. Such a great staff!

Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Overall, the resort was great. They have done great at rebuilding from the hurricane. Most staff were friendly.
