Property was great! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean, swim-out room was a fantastic plus. The Beach!!! The best spot on the whole property! Bartenders were spot on with the Pina Coladas! The night bartenders were exceptional at the main bar. Loads of fun. Will definitely stay again.

My trip was ok.. We booked the swim out room and it was really nice. The hotel lost power in the night and we couldn’t get food at the restaurant we reserved, however, the food at the buffet was good and the variety wasn’t bad at all.. The entertainment staff did great!!! The vibes was really nice, it was raining and they brought the entertainment at a covered outdoor bar and it was really good

Me and my family loved our stay and how exceptional the service was especially from Daniea at front desk. She was warm, welcoming and so professional! The property was beautiful with lots of activities and entertainment! The overly cleanliness of the property was also good, experienced a little hiccups here and there but the staff was ready and happy to help. While they had a variety of food choices, was looking forward to more of the Jamaican cuisine at the buffet restaurant. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend! Solid 8/10!

The food was good but very repetitive. It’s seems the menus have changed. Very disappointed in the fruits offered at the buffet. Apples watermelon and cantaloup no mangoes June plum or really anything you would expect being in the Caribbean I had to buy some coconuts off a vendor on the beach. The beach is awesome warm clear and claim water!

The staff was a-1 amazing. Let me remind you the resort had been closed for 9 months. It reopened August 25. I arrived sept 2. I experienced power outages, limited food( resort ran out of lettuce). Crazy right. Waited 2 hours for hibachi dinner. Sub par to say the least. This was not my first visit to this resort. My first trip I’d give 8/10. Both times the staff was amazing For the price 8 paid for this trip I will not be returning.

This resort recently reopened and I am assuming my frustration is mostly due to staff confusion. We did not have "diamond club" status, so we did not have a butler. We received conflicting information from the front desk, Expedia liason and workers at the various restaurants about how to book dinners at the non-buffet restaurants. The Royalton app never worked for us to book anything (spa or restaurants). We did manage to eat at Zen Tepanyaki, Hunter Steakhouse, Grazie and with the help of the Expedia liason the Ocean Point Bistro. The best food was at Ocean Point. The staff at Zen was lovely. As for the buffet - I would say it is standard all-inclusive fare (not the best, but definitely not the worst). If you book through Expedia and your reservation includes resort credit- make sure you ask at check in. Our check-in person didn't initiate anything and we didn't remember to ask until day 2 (after our massages). The resort credit is in the form of several smaller coupons, but they must be surrendered at time of service and they wouldn't allow us to use on the massages that we had just had that morning. Our massages at the spa were lovely, but annoyed that we couldn't use the coupons. Seems odd that you get an Expedia helper at check-in but they didn't ensure we had the credits we were entitled to at the start.

The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We stayed on the Diamond Club side to celebrate our anniversary, and our two butlers were absolutely fantastic! They even decorated our room for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. We have no complaints about their service and truly appreciated the extra effort they made to make our stay special. Food: I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. Several times, items I was looking for were unavailable. On our last night, I ordered the fresh catch of the day, and it was not cooked properly. I had to send it back and ended up sharing my husband’s steak instead. For a resort of this caliber, I expected a more consistent dining experience. Service & Amenities: We were told our in-room refrigerator would be restocked automatically each day, but we had to request it daily. The elevator was also not working throughout our entire stay, even though the resort had been made aware of the issue. On top of that, we experienced cold showers the night before departure and again the following morning. These issues were disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. Royalton Membership Presentation: Be prepared for the membership presentation. We were told it would take 90 minutes, but it lasted two hours. We felt pressured throughout the process and left feeling frustrated. When you’re on vacation, you want to relax and enjoy your time, not feel pressured into a membership. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Our 2-bedroom Presidential Suite with an Ocean View was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, but it was clearly not fully ready for guests. There was dried paint on faucets, toilets, floors and countertops, a toilet paper holder coming out of the wall with plaster still drying, a broken toilet seat, and a leaking refrigerator. All were reported to management, but no one came to inspect or repair them. Communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing. We requested towels FIVE times in one day and never received them until housekeeping cleaned the room the next morning. We were assigned a concierge and encouraged to use WhatsApp, but requests repeatedly went unanswered. Managers took our complaints and promised to follow up, but never did. Breakfast was disappointing and repetitive. The best food was actually the Jerk Hut, which was only open from about 12:30–3 PM. The beach was by far the best part of our stay—beautiful, warm, clear water and truly relaxing. The suite had great potential and the beach was wonderful, but for the money spent, I believe there are better options in Negril with better food, service, communication, and attention to detail.

There is absolutely nothing I wouldn’t change. The whole resort was amazing. Absolutely loved it hands-down one of my favorite vacations to date.
