The hotel caught fire, which was their fault even though they never told us what the official reason was, and now I am having trouble getting my refund for the stay. I ended up having to stay an extra day out of town and encounter other expenses, replacement clothes and toiletries for everyone, food ...

The property is so nice as per usual but with the current COVID-19 pandemic, none of the restaurants were open which to me, didn't make sense. The location is very convenient close to downtown area, room was okay but tried to contact front desk for quite sometime at morning time around 5:00AM or so nobody answered the phone nor at the night window customer service. Other than that good staying. I thank you all for your service.

Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Creepy thug types moving between 1st and 2nd floor units and watch me closely as i got out of my truck and opened my room door.
