Great rooms dreadful reception service

Do not expect a warm or enthusiastic welcome in any way from reception. They will make you feel they are doing you a favour by checking you in with the bare minimum of interaction. I have stayed twice and will not stay again. They F&B staff are great and could teach the reception team something about offering hospitality

O fato de ser apart hotel e de ficarmos hospedados numa suíte bem ampla mas, cujo único defeito é o tamanho do banheiro, além de ter preços compatíveis, nos fez adotar o mesmo para nossas hospedagens no Rio.

Hotel muito agradável e confortável

Eu particularmente gostei muito do hotel devido a sua localização (lugar bem tranquilo) e afastado da loucura da cidade. Piscina e café da manhã bem agradáveis também. Os quartos são bem confortáveis. Eu recomendaria a todos que querem tranquilidade e sossego.

Logo na chegada perdi um tempo jamais perdido em quaisquer outros hoteis que me hospedei anteriormente, para fazer apenas um check in! Tive que ligar no hotéis.com para que este ligasse ao hotel pois não estavam encontrando minha reserva e de meu amigo. Ficamos uma meia hora esperando no saguão. Após localizarem minha reserva, ainda fui para um quarto standart, sendo que eu havia reservado suite e mesmo mostrando ao atendente do hotel ele insisitir em dizer que não era suite, depois de mais vários e vários minutos viram o erro e me acomodaram na suite a que eu fazia jus! Por fim a localização na Barra da tijuca e deveras longe da praia e quarto cheio de pernilongos nunca tinha visto isso em um hotel e olha que já fiquei em vários! Por fim, não recomendo e jamais voltarei ao mesmo, uma pena pois fiquei anteriormente no peomenade casa del mar aí no rio e a receptividade no hotel fora totalmente diferente, o que se espera de um hotel de médio porte como este!

Excelente custo-benefício na Barra!

Para quem quer ficar na Barra com muito conforto e com preço excelente esse é o hotel ideal. Muito novo, limpo, funcionários bons e quarto espaçoso e bem decorado. A piscina é linda e fiquei com muita pena por não ter aproveitado, pois ficamos só 1 noite. O café da manhã estava muito bom. A única coisa de que senti falta foi uma prateleira no chuveiro maior pra colocar shampoo e creme, mas com certeza isso não me impediria de voltar a ficar lá.

Estrutura do hotel é boa, porem. me deram um quarto que fedia a cigarro. Acho que devia ter sido ocupado por um casal de viciados em cigarro e fumaram uns 10 maços. Desci e no mesmo minuto pedi para trocar por um quarto de pessoas normais. Fui prontamente atendido.

Muito tranquilo, super pacífico

Quem busca ficar longe da muvuca e do trânsito realmente é uma excelente opção. O quarto é super confortável, piscina e sauna também são muito boas. Agora o ponto forte vai para o café da manhã, que é simplesmente maravilhoso, super cheio de variedades. Achei a equipe

Excelente opção para eventos na Barra

A Barra está toda em obras e fui a um evento de 3 dias no riocentro. Apesar de morar a 50km do evento resolvi me hospedar no hotel por achar mais cômodo devido ao trânsito. Achei que o hotel atendeu as minhas espectativas. Pretendo usar mais vezes quando tiver outras situações em que precise passar o fim de semana na Barra.

A localização excelente pois, tem acesso ao parque do Rio 2 com shopping, mercado, praça alimentação, e o preço da diária compatível. Bom apart hotel - excelente cozinha. A única ressalva é em relação ao sanitário muito pequeno com chuveiro ruim e a arrumação da suíte se deu muito tarde.
